Refund Policy: Ashbourne Rugby Elite Camp – Refund Policy

1. Camp Fee
The total fee for participation in the Ashbourne Rugby Elite Camp is €275 per participant. Of this amount, €137.50 is non-refundable and secures the participant’s place.

2. Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation by a participant, any refund issued will apply solely to the refundable portion of the fee (€137.50) and will be calculated as follows:

- More than 30 days prior to the camp start date: €137.50 refund
- Between 14 and 30 days prior to the camp start date: €68.75 refund
- Between 7 and 13 days prior to the camp start date: €34.38 refund
- Less than 7 days prior to the camp start date or non-attendance: No refund

3. Non-Refundable Amount
The non-refundable portion of €137.50 covers administrative, operational, and coaching costs and is not recoverable under any circumstances, except where the camp is cancelled by the organisers (see Clause 5).

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Requests for refunds due to exceptional circumstances (including injury or illness) must be submitted in writing and supported by appropriate documentation (e.g. medical certificate). Any such refund shall be granted at the sole discretion of the organisers.

5. Camp Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the Ashbourne Rugby Elite Camp is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund of the total fee (€275) will be issued to all registered participants.

6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of approval.
